Quick, Accurate Solutions in the Shop

The Machinist Calc Pro has fast, precise solutions for your everyday machining calculations built into a shop-tough and cost-effective handheld calculator. It offers more complete thread data than the Machinery’s Handbook, including step-saving thread and drill size chart look-ups, speeds and feeds, right triangle solutions, bolt patterns and much more. It also has a drill point function where you can enter the cutting angle and drill size to calculate the drill point cut depth.

Built-in functions include calculations for milling, turning and drilling (including cutting speed, spindle speed, cutting feed, feed per tooth/chip load, and more); bolt pattern hole layouts; 3-wire measurements; and trigonometric functions. Additionally, you can enter numeric, fractional, and metric thread sizes and drill sizes to display tap, roll tap, close and free fit drill sizes plus pitch, and major and minor diameters.

It also works as a standard math calculator, converts between U.S. and Metric Units, Feet-inch-fractions to 1/64ths, decimal inches and mils, meters, centimeters, millimeters, pounds, tons, grams, kilograms and metric tons, area, volume and weight.

Handheld Convenience

Weighing just 6 ounces, the Machinist Calc Pro fits comfortably in your hand and its grippy shock-, moisture- and dust-resistant Armadillo Gear case keeps it from slipping out of your hand. It has a 12-digit display 8 normal, 4 fractions) with full annunciators that measures 2.5 x 0.625 inches, and overall the calculator measures 6.25 x 3.5 x 0.9 inches. It’s powered by a two 1.5-volt batteries (LR-44/A76), and is backed by a one-year limited warranty.
